Cancon Building Solutions is a Design Build and Distribution company specializing in efficient design and distribution of green products which enable cost effective solutions
in the green building process.

What is efficient design and construction?  Consideration of the project goal, formulation of a strategy to achieve the goal, implementation of the strategy and review
that the goal will be or has been achieved throughout the process and after completion. All aspects of the process must be synchronized and transparent with all entities involved in
the project contributing to the overall synergy - helping to ensure that the outcome is as close as possible to what was defined as the goal.

What is the cost of building?  Not only in today's dollars, but over the anticipated life cycle of the building involved. What are the other costs associated: environmental, social, etc.? Cancon reviews and quantifies data within the parameters set by the client to determine actual cost.

Cancon Building Solutions provides real solutions that have worked historically, analyzes the multitude of data that is available on new green building, and disseminates what actually works from "greenwashing". This facilitates the ability to make informed decisions, while advising how the result of choices made affect the overall project synergy. Mischa Pershin

Mischa is one of the principle partners in Cancon Building Solutions Inc. and has considerable experience in construction and project management over the length of his
career.  His foray into the realm of 'Eco-Building' in Alberta began with Eco Alberta Corp.

Eco Alberta, an efficient construction consulting company, was the first company to bring Eco-Block (a next generation concrete form) to Alberta and has been involved
in assisting North American builders/ designers in their transition from conventional technology to cost effective efficiency.

Prior to incorporating Eco Alberta, Mischa traveled throughout North America and abroad managing construction projects with a modular construction company.  Over the past four
years, Eco Alberta has been involved in design and product sourcing to several commercial and residential projects built with cost effective efficiency in mind.

Eco Alberta embraces a myriad of solutions from deep green - simple carbon neutral technologies that have been used for centuries to developing nano technologies that could potentially provide solutions to the climate change problem. The merger with the Cancon group was a natural evolution that provided a infrastructure for viable efficient design and materials to reach mainstream construction.

Mischa enjoys nature, science, art and pursues a lifelong passion in the study of permaculture.
